Not too many people give much thought about the placement (and style) of the steering column. To me, the column, and especially the steering wheel, are one of the most important parts of the build because every time you climb behind the wheel, it's your connection to the truck.

Have you ever driven a vehicle where the column was mounted all funky and the steering wheel was crappy? It's a terrible driving experience, no matter how nice the rest of the truck is.
Yeah man I've been told I over think things too much and maybe I do but I just did not like it at all. I agree with you about steering columns being to long its very noticeable to me. I care about things that most people don't so maybe its just me, but I think it looks much better.lol
