The system I have in my Dodge came with it. I will be installing one that I am buying for the my current project. The controller is a turn signal lever replacement. They make them for various styles. The heart of the system is an electronically controlled device that manipulates the throttle just like a driver pushing the the accelerator. It get speed info from the insert and connects to the brake light switch to turn it off when you use the brake.

The electrical install is fairly straight forward. Getting the controller and cable installed well will the most demanding part. But that shouldn't be too bad. Hopefully some others that have already installed the system will join in. Otherwise, I will tell you how it goes in about 6 weeks.
