Re: Retro-Tech- 77 Cheyenne gets retrogrades

The bumper arrived this week, but the headlights did not. They are on back-order due to the earthquake in Japan. I was told they are on the boat and will be here soon.

The bumper was ordered through Chris Lucas (Capt Kaos) who is a Vendor here. He is the site owner at 73-87chevytrucks.com, and has an online storefront there. He is well known for selling quality parts, and great customer service.

I have known Chris for several years, so I gave him a call when the idea for this project first started. He and I discussed many of the options I had been considering, and he suggested the bumper with built in driving lights. Since my plan included contemporary styled lighting, this would fit my needs.

I was concerned with the quality of the bumper meeting my standards. Chris knows how demanding I can be and assured me I would be pleased. I was a bit concerned when the box arrived and looked like it had shipping damage.
