GRIMSS. Yes I used the harbor Frieght winch. I used chain sprockets from McMaster Carr so they do not slip. I bought the 110 volt unit because I wanted use household current instead of a battery or a battery charger. The rollers run at about 23 inches a minute so it isn't to fast that you can't control. I made a die for the profile of the beltline on the AD trucks and it will do it in a single pass. The next thing you will want to do with your bead roller is to stiffen up the top by adding extra metal. It may spread apart if you do large beads or flanges. My buddy has a Eastwood one and it does it. Let me know if you need any more info.
