When converting to rear disc on any of the 8 hole differentials, you need to run at least 16" wheels. Otherwise you will need to do a bunch of grinding on the outside of the caliper. I'm only familar with the conversion using the '73+ K20 rotors. What is the advantage to the Express/Savana rotors? Are they a larger diameter?

Just trying to clear it up hopefully with someone with experience. I have heard about using a 2003 chevy express van rotors on the c30's instead of the 3/4 ton front rotors, with 1/4" spacers. I have a dana 70HD.
