Cleaning is officially over! With 40 years of old grease, oil, mud and road grime on the undercarriage, I started cleaning with a scraper...it would have taken forever! A good friend graciously offered me his lift and power washer, I spent two full days on it and it turned out great, about as close to a frame off the burb is going to see!

Here is a picture of the front a-arm, could not even see zert fittings!


Here are a few after the power washer did it's magic.






Lacquer thinner & break cleaner bath, 10 cans of undercoat and 8 cans of rustolium.






I also needed 1/2" spacers for the rear wheels and could not find 1/2 inch longer studs, luckily I have a lath in my garage and turned down some over-sized studs.
