Captainfab :

Hey that would be awsome, I have yet to meet anyone from here as of yet...

65pickup
Time flies when your doing a build and I not letting another summer go on by with out the big wheels rolling on the ground...if your going to spokane let me know.

Update....

Well my 66 long box is in high build and i hope it will be painted by the weekend....So i redid the oak in the bed sanded it all down and stained it.Sent back all the new custom trim they dropped off because i noticed a dent in the tube...so i opened the tube before i signed for it and whamo...3 pieces were toast.

58 short box: Found it in the back of the shop and think i might drag it out tomorrow and decide if i want to sell it or put a engine in it and drive it...or wash it and put it back ?

66 short box: powder coated frame and 375 hp corvette engine sitting under the roof collecting dust.....wondered why i am not working on that truck

Prostreet :Grabbed my rad and tranny cooler for the prostreet truck to use for mock up...looked at all the boxes of shinny air ride parts...Tried to get a ruling on excatly what i have to have for a roll cage, there seems to be some difference of opion, should hear back in a day or two on that.Steel got ordered for the box frame....bought 4 rear box tubs to make the rear wheel tubs and still have to add a piece to make it wide enough to cover the wheels.
After a mental debate I am using 67-72 wheel tubs beacuse they have less of a arch on the top and if I used the 64-66 the arch would be higher then the box sides when the truck is in the down postion . I don't want the wheel tubs higher then the box sides, but I will have the side of the tub rolled with the side marking that a 64-66 has. Not sure what to call that mark but it's a reversed bead about 16" long and 3 " wide kind of thing. Well thats what i remember for the day.....not bad right?....
