I used the stock bolts as well, which don't need washers because they are already a shouldered bolt.

I install with antiseize which is common practice for me with anything aluminum. Steel bolts and aluminum parts don't mix well.

I used the 3/4 ton truck manifolds on my swap, they are said to be some of the better flowing manifolds out there as far as trucks go. I had to slightly notch the frame however because they kick out a bit, which is what helps them flow as well as they do. I sent mine out to be extrude honed as well.
