I feel your pain, I had a rental that the partial basement filled up the floor rafters with irrigation water when they left town and the folks upstream kept a gate open. Took 14 hours to pump it out completely covered the furnace and water heater. Ended up replacing the furnace and all the WH electrical. It was a dirt floor and walls so we got to spend 7K for new foundation walls too. Hope you folks back east dry out, out here it seems like half the state is on fire, my lungs are feeling it bad.
