I used a 4X8 sheet of oak plywood from Lowes, had them cut it into 12" wide sections, the length was cut at home. Used Minwax clear after a coat of Thompson's water seal on the bottom and edges. The polished stainless strips are from Classic Parts. Considering the truck lives outside with a tonneau cover that is usually removed, the wood has held up pretty good. I'll probably replace it next spring (last time I checked the sheets were about $40.00) and use the old ones for garage shelves.

Oh, if anyone is wondering.....The tool box is a "trailer tongue box" from Harbor Freight. Bolts through the floor and plenty big for roadside tools, jack, etc, and fits under the bed cover.
