Just from the pics i would say it's worth it.since it doesn't have a battery you might try to get him to buy a batt for that price or leave you a c-note to buy one with.however for the $$ and condition i don't think i would pass on it.

yes it runs...it was a driver b4 he parked it...he has 69, 71, and a frame off 72..the cab mounts r good..
