Yep that primer is a 2 part.
It's pretty straight forward to use. It mixes 1:1 primer to hardener..
As far as how well it sprays, Dadsworktruck will have to chime in on that, I have only sprayed the TSC implement paint so I can't really say.

The only mixing and usage issues that I'm aware of, are that the epoxy is VERY sensitive to temperature and moisture. We sprayed some one day when it was raining lightly outside and that was a disaster. There is a minimum of 60 degree air temp. on the paint as well, so we are holed up for the winter on any painting, aside from frame work. (Since the frame paint is TSC implement finish, which has a minimum of 40 degree working temp, so we can still sneak in some painting with that as the air temps allow.)
