That is pretty high unless its some really nice work. If you want something simple you could have it all done for under $3k, even cheaper if you can do some of it yourself. The front is really easy to do, a little cutting and the front setup bolts in.

Mine is 4" off the frame and I had to cut a lot of the floor for the tranny and notch the back of the cab for the drive shaft. I could have lowered the engine a little more and got the cab lower though.
