So far, I've only shaved off the burrs and polished it. I decided to put everything back together to see if I would notice the cut. So, I haven't filled it in yet as planned. You really have to look to notice it with the location in the lower part of the curve. It'll probably drive me nuts and will get fixed before I call the restoration complete though.
