A11 & D2 should be connected to ground WITH THE ECM PLUGGED IN.
If you unplugged the connector from the ECM and then tested for ground there would be NO CONECTION TO GROUND.
A12, D1 & D6 are the ECM grounds.
Putting a jumper from the ground wires on the intake to a known good ground is a good test.
