Ok, 3 years later, I've started working on the cab rust repair. It's been a while, and this has stayed on the back-burner for quite some time, but here goes:
Rust down the rocker and inside the cab:
The cab corner (filled with expando foam as a cheap and easy way to keep out the elements.)
Cutting away the cancer:
