Re: Storing my primed truck?
The problem is the high build will wick moistureand we know that the epoxy won't . So would'nt that lead us to belive we would basicly have a vapor barrier forming between the epoxy and the high buid coats? And if that is so and would cause a failure of a paintjob[I'm just thinking on the keyboard here nothing to prove or discount this idea] we would just mark it up to primer that had gone "bad" for sitting in the store to long or something to that effect. Now I have several times stopped after the epoxy stage if I were to set a part or whole truck outside for any length of time, and I also have done the other way as well with the high build on top of the epoxy, but it was only short term with low moisture short time frame.
