Re: 1970 Longbed Build

I've had a lot of patience with this CPP rear kit, but I'm at the end of the road. Not only do their outside pads rub on the rotor hat, but they also rub on the rotor after the caliper is centered. I even paid $40 for another pair of Delco pads - same issue. After looking into this kit, why would anyone want to use 1980-1985 Cadillac Seville pads? Haven't there been improvements in GM technology over the last 25 years?

Stick with Porterbuilt and Wilwood for a drama free build. Customer Service has been an absolute joke. Aaron at CPP wants me to work with their Engineering folks to troubleshoot these issues. Sorry, I don't have the time to be a CPP guiney pig. I'd like to buy something, and have it work.

STAY AWAY FROM CPP. Please.
