I'm Doug & I just bought a 66 C10 from a friend about a month ago and it's my first truck build. Worked on Camaros and Cutlass most my life but when I had a chance to buy this, I sold the Cutlass and bought it.
Other than my fuel injected 383 & T56, I'm torn between the stock long fleetside bed or a stakebed/flatbed. I like the idea/looks of beer keg gas tanks between the cab and rear tires...
