Actually hids are meant to be used in projector housings like what most of the new cars use
You CAN use hids in hella e-code housings since they do have a very pronounced cutoff with h4s and some cutoff with hid but there will be glare and some bleed over
I do know where you can get an hid projector kit with angel eyes or not for about 250
