The value of straight, rust free metal can hardly be overstated. This is especially true back there where it seems nearly everything old gets hit hard.
While there is still a decent supply of clean metal in the southwest, I think it's fair to say that a super solid survivor back east is worth $1000 to $1500 more than a similar one out here, which not so coincidentally, is about what it would cost to have a dry one shipped from out west.
Having said that, look closely at that patina'd paint. It looks a little suspect in that some portions and panels seem to differ from adjacent areas. This could be hiding older repair and touch-up, which frankly changes everything. It may not matter to you, but nowadays faded original patina itself has value.
