Ok so now that holidays are over I can get back to business on the truck. Got started after lunch unbolting everything and taking off anything that was connected to the tranny. Dropped the tranny and t-case and dragged it out from under the truck. I also gathered my clutch parts and saw the flex wheel had gotten rusty so tomorrow it'll get a quick resurface then it'll be good to go. Also going to start getting hydraulic clutch parts.

I thought about using a nv4500 in the future but right now this is the cheapest and quickest solution. I want to use the truck as my dd and for my sled so I need it ASAP.
