I'm sure you will choose what has worked best for your in the past but RPM can be the biggest decider for what you need in cfm on your build. The only way you would need a 750 is if you are regularly spinning to 7,500, and that is if your heads are at a 100% VE. The difference between a 6K and a 7.5K motor is as much as a 150 cfm difference in need. I'm assuming we are talking about in a heavy truck like the rest of us drive? You really only need a 650 double pumper if you are driving normal and not going much above 6,000, you will have much better throttle response from the 650, better gas mileage and it will still haul a$$.
