Well yesterday did not go as planned. I got no help at the shop.

I finished up the passenger side door jam and got is rought finished. It will take a little filler to make it right but I'm ok with that.


After that I worked on the passenger cab corner. We had already cleaned it up and coated the inside with KBS Rust Seal.

I had a little trouble in one spot with my welder wanting to blow holes the instant I pulled the trigger. I never changed any settings and would make nice welds then the next weld would blow a hole. That small opening is a patch that I need to make for the holes I kept blowing...I figure that might have been some rust on the backside that I missed...

The bottome edge of the cab corner is not welded yet, thats why is seems to hang a little low at the pinch weld.
