That's generally where it gets us, we slip, do the wrong move, something usually dumb! lol

I installed the Flaming river rack n pinion (power) and a FR steering column. I wouldn't suggest this system. It was 2000 or so. Looks ok, and it works, seems the turning radius isn't all too great. The u-joint in the tilt column got a little slop in it and it irritates me to no end, it's only like less than a 1/4". If I had it to do over, I like this system below and it fits where the stock unit goes. Just do your homework and get in no rush. You'll have plenty of time, and plenty to do for a while! Don't buy anything until you talk to us! lol ; )
