I just found someone 10 miles out from me that's willing to sell an lq4 for 700 with accessories. He took it apart to bore it out but gave up on the project. Supposedly running before he took it apart, but I'd take my mechanic with me to look it over before I buy anyway. No harness on this one, not sure about the pcm or ecm. I'm a little leery as he didn't send me a pic looking into the cylinders...
