That's your problem. Re read our responses. The first reply to your question had the answer. The yellow wire MUST be constant 12v, must have power when the key is off or on. That is the memory wire that retains all of your settings, if power is cut to it when the key is off, you lose everything. The red wire is just the wire that tells the radio to turn on.

so just run a wire to the memory from the fuse box
