Bought the wood at HomeDepot 8"x10'x1" (9), 2" lagbolts w/washers (pine is softer and needs the washers, stain and Helmspar varnish. Cut the boards to 97", I drilled new holes after getting the frame boards in (4" lagbolts).
It took me about 3 days of work, I won't win any shows, but I'm happy with it for sure. Less than $200.
