If you are going to change everything, just buy a 5 gallon pail of 75/90 along with a pump. It will probably be cheaper in the long run and much easier to put in. The 465 alone will hold a gallon, front and rear diffs will be 2-3 quarts each along with the t-case. As far as flushing, not really a need, just drain and refill
