That's a damn good price for a 215-horse P-pump Cummins & NV4500.
With a donor truck it's not too bad financially to get this done with alot fab work.

Using as many parts of the Dodge as you can Will save a lot of money like.....
Radiator & Intercooler. If done properly, The Dodge radiator hoses, Intercooler pipes & shroud will fit.
Motor mounts and stands.
Alternator & PCM, The PCM controls the Intake Heater grid & Alternator.
The Dodge power steering line will bolt to your hydro-boost unit.

Doing this is cheap but NOT easy. Say another $2000 not including any labor.
