Strange, it was originally posted from Portland and now is listed in Raleigh NC..... So someone snatched it up for the 6k here in Oregon (might have talked it down too who knows) and is now trying to flip it for a whole lot more.... Anywho, yeah I would say 5k, 6k at the most is what I would pay especially if everything was original and not a resto (which I am almost certain someone did a resto on it at one point or another.)
