I have a set on my 68 with drums on all 4 corners, the center of the hub on the drums is larger than those on the wheels. Therefore a spacer is needed. plus if you run spacers that have the newer GM lugs you can run GM caps! Here is a pic of my 68 at a show here in Nashville.
