I feel your pain. except mine is on an RV slide.
Short version of a 5 month battle for a part.

I wasn't asking for anything free. Just sell me a part and I'll pay what you ask, then be gone. This is for a 3 yr old unit we paid over $19,000 for new.

I needed a drive gear, 16 tooth, about 1-1/4 in diameter.
All sources all the way to factory said no parts sale, had to buy complete unit to the tune of $800.00

Finally took gear to a good machinist. He rebuilt the missing tooth and machined it to match the rest. Amazing work.

What has happened to quality repair, parts availablity, and support from the whole system of new products we buy anymore????
