factory locking differential, put mostly in 4 wheel drive trucks. Except their not really a true locker, they do use some clutches and can actually slip with a lot of torque applied. But they also work off of speed variation and when one wheel starts to spin a certain number of RPM faster than the other wheel then they lock together.
