Thanks but the camera is really helping me here! I think your cross sills might be located different than mine. I'm pretty sure I'll be tossing it back on the frame here soon for a look and that should tell me if any of those holes need to be just so.

I've been using a small round file (chainsaw sharpening) to knock them nasty burrs off but they'll still bite back a little. I'm going to beat this!
