#3 there are many out there, I have used speartech and Nelson Performane
#4 you have a dbw setup, you will need the pedal assembly and I believe a TAC module. Dbw is a good thing because it's easy to add cruise control.
Dbc is easier to set up especially on your 72, cable throttle etc but read the dbw if you want other.
