You could play around with the mounting location of the stock leaf hangers or do a combination of sorts on replaceing the front hangers or rear shackles w/drop parts.

I would strongly advise re-thinking the no air philosophy. Better ride all the time w/no loss in capacity when loaded. A small AOL (air over leaf) set-up would allow removing some of the leafs which would help ride quality & typically aren't too pricey...
