Very nice Inside spare tire carrier, came out of my 1970 blazer and it includes the bolt, nut and retainer plate to hold the tire. This is an original tire carrier, not aftermarket and it has zero rust. Also have 5 original blazer rims off my 70 if anyone is interested.
