Well, you could stretch the fender to match the trucks height, then re-radius the fender just a bit to make it match, with the bonus of gaining wheel clearance. The grill would have to follow, all the way maintaining the original look of the truck only a wee bit larger. Quickly move on to the bed, and ta da! Your done, piece of cake. You should have no trouble getting it done by SEMA. Lol. It's lookin good, keep it up.
