Re: 1972 K10 Project "Daily Driver"

The new window felts fit 10 times better than the junk LMC ones!

I sold my 07 Rhino about a week ago so got a little extra spending money.

I think i will buy my own welder so i don't have to share with my dad and uncle anymore.

I also came upon a deal i couldn't pass up and will start another build thread one of these days. I got a 71 2wd SWB frame with front suspension and no rear end or trailing arms for $200. Its got a couple small cracks where the steering box bolts up. One crack on the front of the passenger frame horn. then one damaged area that can be easily fixed just behind where the front suspension bolts on. The very rear cross-member is a little tweaked from being pulled on. The cross-member that goes over the rear-end has been poorly repaired. The plan is to make it a complete rolling chassis with all new parts including 6.0 swap and rear mount gas tank. Then buy a decent LWB truck and swap the body over and cut down the bed. As money allows of course
