Rob, I didn't use the sure fit lines. I used eaton/Aeroquip EZ clip fittings to connect to the bulkhead inside and out. I only used a portion of the sure fit line for the heater hoses under the dash. I wound up running a bead in the line and clamping the EZ clip hose with a worm gear. I don't have pics of it, unfortunately. Seems like every time I work on it, I forget about pics until it's too late.

I'm currently trying to get the wiring and engine side done. Ran the duct work last night and the interior electrical this morning. I'll see if I can squeeze a camera in there for you.
