After reading Rokcrln's thread on Porterbuilt hinge install, http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=374708, I thought I was ready to tackle at least part of the install.

Used my 5/16- 18 tap and tapped out all threaded holes, making sure everything was nice and clean.

Then shot some primer on all the parts.

Made my marks and templates and started cutting.
