These are somewhat hard to find off a 76 Cad Seville That I kept after scrapping the Seville.
You could also find a set of rusty but straight chrome reverse rims and have them stripped and then paint them. A bit more work but if you can find a set they should be dirt cheap.
I'm not familiar with any 16 or 17 inch factory plane steelies for rear wheel drive rigs with a 5 on 4-3/4 off hand.

That was the general wheel I was looking for though I like it better since it has not hole. The one I was thinking of have four "slots" and came in 5x4.75. List of potential doners:
