If its a real SWB, and you look it over really good and magnet check it and don't find anything funky, everything looks like it was done right, and the title is clear and matches the SPID and the frame, its probably a $15,000 truck if you like the styling.
With the amount of rust in the northeast, I'd want to see pics of the rust being fixed, receipts, etc, or proof the truck came from the southwest.
You definitely couldn't build it for that money.
