Sure do. Here are a few more. I've done it a few times at my work for customers. My advice. Measure a few different places. Level frame before and after. I clamp a piece of 1/4" wall tubing inside the cut to help line up before tacking and making sure frame is square. I am still going to add a plate to the inside for a little extra piece of mind but want to see where my Trans crossmember is going to land first. And then of course don't just weld the whole seam at once. 2" staggered stitches till you get it all welded. To much heat will warp the metal.
