I don't like the way the torque converter sounded so I ordered a new one also. A minor set back but this way I know it will be right. So tomorrow I will pull the brake set up off the truck and start to pull the transmission back, I will not take the transmission all the way out of the truck. I did this before with the flex plate, I should have installed new torque converter then. But money was tight, so now I am paying for it in labor.
Still waiting for my other two wheels to come in. they should be here tomorrow I hope.

I don't know why your project sounds so much like mine. If I haven't done the same task three times I know it's not done.
