I downloaded and opened all three. Not sure what's happening.
Try deleting the corrupted file you downloaded, clear the browser cache
http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/, empty the recycle bin, and download again.
It looks like Mediafire has compressed the Unit Repair manual in a GZIP archive. You can un-compress it with a decent universal archive tool like 7ZIP
