There's just the one on the drivers side. You should also have a plate that's welded on across the front of the spring also. These keep the spring somewhat in place ( and allows you to steer ) in the case your main leaf should brake. And it does work !!! I had my main leaf brake 400 miles away front home on a hunting trip up in northern Maine. I new something had broken, but it wasn't until I got home that I found out what. The mane leaf broke off just behing the front eye bolt bushing so it was difficult to see.
