Maybe, I'm going off a thread in the forum that has pictures of a truck without the hole but I'm not sure what year it is. My passenger side definitely does not have it. But I did notice the passenger side at the top on the exterior of the door has two small holes that look like a mirror can attach to. The driver side door does not.
