If you've got it inside your "garage" and not in direct contact with water it should hold up just fine for your temporary needs. My concern would be if your pallets are going to be able to hold the weight at all four corners without some type of additional support.

My thoughts on that are basically that each pallet, (average pallet) can hold a total of like 2,000 pounds across the whole surface. If wood is layed on top, it'll help weight distribution among the pallet, and the pallet cross pieces will help keep the osb or plywood together.
For if I use jack stands or something, I'll be using a steel plate big enough to distribute the weight evenly to put the jack or Jack stand on.
